Purpose of the application

The application is used to calculate and manage the seeding of table tennis players in youth categories based on ETTU and national rankings for satellite tournaments.

User accounts

Access to the application is granted only to authorized users. Login is possible via Google OAuth 2.0 (with email verification against a whitelist managed by the administrator) or using a local username and password. Account creation and management is exclusively the responsibility of the administrator. Public registration is not allowed.

Processed data

The application processes player data from public ETTU and national rankings (sourced from publicly available association websites). When logging in via Google, we store in session: email, name and profile picture – this data is not saved to the database or files. For local login, passwords are stored exclusively in hashed form (bcrypt).

Cookies and session

The application uses session cookies to maintain login. Cookies are set as HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes to terms

Terms of service may be updated at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes upon their next login.
